Responsibilities:
 
  • Answering Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer questions about products, services, or company policies via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Resolving Issues and Complaints: Handling customer complaints or concerns, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Providing Product or Service Information: Offering detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and how to use them.
  • Promoting Products or Services: Suggesting additional products or services based on customer needs, and explaining new offers or promotions.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Striving to deliver a positive experience and building relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.


Qualifications:
 
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Persuasive personality
  • Previous experience in customer service, or related fields is often desired is a plus but not required
  • Capacity to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and connect with customers.
  • Must be a resident in Canada
